Challenge
Food production is energy-intensive: baking, packaging and refrigeration drive high energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions. A growing company needed a consistent investment plan, not one-off projects.
Solution
ProBaltic Consulting became a long-term funding partner: for each phase we selected the instrument — from an energy audit to an electric tunnel oven project, solar plants, storage and production data analytics digitalisation. All 13 projects were funded.
