UAB AdsRPA secured a €101,920 grant with ProBaltic Consulting to build a hyperautomation platform — combining robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence so that business processes can be automated without writing code.

The challenge

Classic automation deployments are priced for enterprises: they need developer teams, long integration projects and budgets most SMEs cannot justify. The market gap AdsRPA targeted was a tool that lets small teams automate their own processes — no developer team required.

What we did

ProBaltic Consulting prepared the funding application under the digital innovation instrument and administered the project — framing the platform’s RPA-plus-AI combination as the innovation that moves automation below the enterprise price point.

Why hyperautomation qualifies for funding

Combining RPA with machine intelligence is more than integration work: making software robots handle variable, semi-structured processes without explicit programming involves real technological uncertainty. That is what separates fundable digital innovation from routine software delivery — and what the application had to demonstrate.

The result

A €102K non-dilutive grant, a working platform combining RPA and AI, and automation made accessible to small teams. For AdsRPA the grant funded product development while preserving full ownership — the standard playbook for early-stage Lithuanian software companies using EU innovation measures.
