What drove the result
A long client relationship. The 2011 projects were about growth — export and e-business. As programmes and company priorities changed, the 2014–2020 period shifted the focus to energy costs.
Audit → investment. The 2016 energy audit justified the 2017 renewable energy investment (€201,942), the company’s largest project — the same logic we apply in decarbonisation projects today: measure first, then invest.
