Challenge
Defence-tech start-ups face a long, capital-intensive R&D path before revenue. The client had simulation expertise and a clear product vision but needed non-dilutive capital to accelerate development — without giving up equity at the earliest, most expensive stage.
Solution

What was built
An extended- and virtual-reality drone simulator for security-operator and drone-pilot training, with AI recognition models (object detection and classification) embedded in the virtual environment. During the project the product advanced from a working prototype to a fully functional, demonstrable solution. In parallel, an extended-reality tactical simulator platform for defence and security training was developed.
