Challenge
Software developers compete globally from day one: the company needed to fund product R&D — parametric modelling technologies for automated design of roofs, walls and frame structures — and export channel development in parallel.
Solution
We sequenced a project pipeline: four R&D projects for the product technology and three export projects for the US, Australian, Middle Eastern and European markets, complemented by a process management implementation.
