EU funding and grant writing — decarbonisation and digital transformation
Grants, not equity. We prepare and administer the application — you run the business. Since 2007 we have prepared projects worth over €250 million.
What we do
How it works
Proven results
Public funding — EU Structural Funds, Horizon Europe, the Modernisation and Innovation Funds — offers grants with no repayment obligation for businesses of every size, public institutions and NGOs. Where a grant alone is not enough, we advise on combining it with private financing so the full investment can proceed.
Frequently asked questions
Who can receive EU grants?
Companies of all sizes, public institutions, municipalities, universities and NGOs. Eligibility depends on the specific call — our free assessment tells you within days which instruments fit your organisation.
How much do grant writing services cost?
A modest base fee covers proposal preparation from kick-off to submission; the success fee applies only if your grant is awarded. No award — no success fee.
What is the Modernisation Fund?
An EU climate fund financed from EU ETS allowance revenues. It funds energy efficiency, renewable energy and industrial decarbonisation projects in ten member states, including Lithuania.
How long does an application take?
Typically 4–8 weeks of preparation depending on the instrument, followed by the agency evaluation period. Starting early significantly improves quality — and success rates.
Frequently asked questions
How much does grant application preparation cost?
We combine a fixed preparation fee with a success fee that is only paid if funding is awarded. No award — no success fee. The exact price depends on the complexity of the call, so we quote it after a free eligibility assessment.
What is a success fee?
A pre-agreed percentage of the awarded grant, payable only after a positive funding decision. This aligns our interests with yours — we only take on projects with a well-founded probability of winning.
How long does an eligibility assessment take?
The initial assessment is free and typically takes 1–2 business days.
Which fields do you work in?
Most of the funding we secure is in decarbonisation, energy efficiency, renewable energy, R&D, manufacturing modernisation and digitalisation.
Do you administer funded projects?
Yes — full project administration from grant agreement to final payment: reporting, procurement, payment claims and agency communication.
What is your track record?
Since 2007 our clients have secured over €90 million in non-dilutive grants; we have prepared investment projects worth over €250 million in total — more than 230 funded projects.
