The operator needed to upgrade its cybersecurity stack — detection, response and resilience tooling — to meet growing regulatory expectations (NIS2) and customer requirements, while keeping the investment economically viable.
Solution
ProBaltic Consulting assessed the company’s eligibility under the CYBER UP instrument, scoped the eligible cybersecurity acquisitions together with the client’s security team, prepared the full application and supported implementation through to final reporting.
Results
- €56,400 grant covering a substantial share of the cybersecurity investment;
- Certified detection and response capabilities deployed across the operator’s network;
- Improved compliance posture for NIS2-era regulatory requirements.
