What this means in practice
The two larger projects were funded under the EU 2014–2020 measure for addiction treatment service infrastructure, renewing the central facility in Vilnius and the branches in Klaipėda and Panevėžys. The third, smaller project is of a different kind: an energy retrofit of a state-owned building financed through VIPA (now ILTE). One institution used two separate funding channels in the same period — health infrastructure and energy efficiency — an option public institutions often miss.
