UAB Antrocelas won four EU-funded projects with ProBaltic Consulting in 2016–2019, with €975,187 in approved grants. The two largest — eco-innovation and solar energy in production — account for almost 92% of the total and are exactly the type of investment today’s industrial decarbonisation programmes look for.

What drove the result
Eco-innovation as the core investment. The Eco-innovation LT+ measure funds technology that reduces the environmental impact of production. At €604,964 this is one of the larger projects under that measure in our portfolio; an application of this size has to justify the environmental effect and how it is measured.
Energy in the same year. In parallel, a solar energy project for production (€291,127) was funded in 2018. Two complementary investments — cleaner processes and own energy generation — build the company’s decarbonisation track record for future applications.
Markets before and after. A 2016 trade-fair project and an export growth project approved in 2019 frame the investments with market demand: modernised production needs buyers.
What this means for your company
Manufacturers planning cleaner technology should combine measures — process modernisation, renewable energy and markets — so that each application strengthens the next without double-funding risk.
