ProBaltic attracted EU funding for Velocity Black R&D project. The overarching objective of Velocity Black is to deliver a premium and personalised concierge for its members at scale. This requires connecting the members who use the Velocity Black mobile app to team who use intelligent AI powered tools to process members requests as efficiently as possible without compromising an extraordinarily personalised, detailed and accurate service.
The technology that facilitates the processing of member requests is required to work across multiple traditional business verticals, such as the travel and hotel industry to dining and luxury retail.
From the perspective of Velocity Black members, they see a tailored view of recommendations which are best aligned to their profile and can quickly initiate requests for travel, experiences, dining reservations and luxury goods.
